- Some growing pains. Guru is growing so quickly and we are starting to see some negatives from that rapid growth. 1. Communication is getting harder because there is just so much of it. But it is something the company is aware of and actively trying to address. 2. As we grow its getting more and more difficult to really know people in different departments. But, there are apps in place (like donut) to try and overcome that obstacle.
