Great team and work environment

beginning salary could be better.

Professional and friendly employees that care about their clients, work ethics and each other. They are competitive with salary and very easy to work for.

Haven't found many. Job training (other than IT) is somewhat lacking, but the department employees are extremely helpful. Just need more of a starting point for new employees. Also benefits for all levels of employees could use updating because they are not competitive with others in industry.
