Worst place to work as Sales Assistant - Recensione dipendente - Sales Assistant presso Gusti Leder

I worked at Gusti Leder in the Netherlands as a sales assistant, and I must say it's one of the worst places to work. Low salary, too many tasks, no support from headquarters, senseless rules (like "no cellphone use," but they constantly communicate with you via WhatsApp during work). They only want to hire employees for a few hours a week, like 12 hours, but expect you to be 100% available so if you have another job/commitment, they will be upset with you. They want excellence in an inconsistent job. I do not recommend this place at all. There are stores that provide real support and value their employees.
