The CX side is heavily micromanaged with little flexibility. You are expected to adhere to a schedule with timed breaks and lunches- even if you are not on phones. I was once reprimanded by my manager about clocking out a minute early- really is this high school 2.0? They also promote a great culture but every time I was in office- I just hung around the coworkers on my team. There was really no cross collabration and it was very cliquey. They are extremely metrics heavy as well so if you make mistakes- you can expect to hear about it so make sure you are following given resources to a T.
