Senior management could not be better. They not only care about the overall success of the company, but also each individual employee and their growth. The office environment is fun and causal and we frequently have work events to maintain culture and moral. Since the company is young, you have the opportunity to grow. All healthcare benefits are paid for, best PTO I've had from a company and you also get a parking or lightrail pass. Once tenured, you have the option to work from home, if needed. Great for holidays and travel.

No 401K matching at this point, but is definitely on management's radar and is being addressed. Office is located on the 16th Street Mall. We are moving soon, but it's not great.
