As it was my first job, they accepted me with the existing skill sets, pros and cons, and gave me excellent direction. There was freedom in which domains I could fill in for (Between Project Coordination, Business Coordination and Production Coordination) and sufficient direction to handle various projects and opportunities. They gave good importance to the development of each employee.

The cons which I will list might be common for quite a lot of the start-ups in Bangalore. 1. The work would always exceed the "timings" as we were severely understaffed. 2. There were many projects with short timelines and large deliverables which would lead to a stressed environment. 3. The higher management consists only of the Founder and CO-founder, so anyone in their bad books doesn't have it easy. Though I wasn't, I could see how others with me were treated. 4. Payouts were never done on time, which would cause frequent issues for employees and vendors. (To be noted, there are 0 other benefits such as health insurance, PF, stay allowance, etc.)

Cannot think of any as of now.

1. Lack of communication within the team 2. No proper work schedule or infrastructure 3. No OT or timely appraisals 4. No proper leave or festival list 5. Management is highly manipulative and lacks corporate professionalism 6. Lacks project planning, management and execution 7. Consistency in work is never maintained and delays in deliverables 8. No career growth and new opportunities 9. Multiple projects to handle within poorly managed timelines.
