I appreciate that I can gain valuable experience and learn new things every day, which keeps my work engaging and meaningful. The company also provides great learning opportunities through various workshops, both with external experts and internal trainers. Another big advantage is the company culture. It is built on a friendly environment with many talented and ambitious people. We have good relationships, collaborate well, and learn from each other, which makes it an inspiring place to work.

I don’t really see any significant downsides, as this is exactly the kind of company I would choose again. I value the young and dynamic team, the growth opportunities, and the experience and skills I can gain here.
