Zero work/life balance. DM was not in same province, so almost no support available. She was ok with me having to work 6-7 days a week, as long as everything got done. Stock, markdowns, tasks not funded in payroll, it just has to get done. Customer surveys have to be done and told to all customers. have to get 100% or it is a fail and you will not bonus.
