Heads of department and below are good people, but exist in an organisation which cannot communicate with itself and is grossly misled. If only Steve Hewitt hadn't of left us - things were so positive then. There's an unhealthy sense of arrogance and entitlement amongst the directors and chiefs which makes us worry about the future of the business. Everyone is worried about ibo security because there have been repeated restructures sometimes with no warning. Could be a great place to work if it was led better.

Gymshark really sticks to its core values. The people are awesome and great to work with. Excellent work-life balance.

As a UK-based company, working in the United States is tough sometimes. We often get information late from our UK partners. The company definitely needs to build out its US office more and add more vital job functions.
