Opportunity to work with major brand accounts

This agency is not designed for employees who are early in their careers due to a lack of training and guidance. Better suited for those at mid-to-senior level. -Some leaders focus on self-preservation rather than active advocacy, offering limited support when employees seek guidance on tasks and growth. -Career progression criteria and a lack of transparency. Employees seeking growth are often given vague guidance, making it difficult to understand how to advance. -Despite multiple leadership promotions occurring, individual contributors looking to progress were not provided clear direction or support on how to navigate similar paths. -Leadership communication feels inconsistent, with a “figure it out yourself” mentality that leaves employees accountable for processes that are not clearly defined or documented. This negatively impacted confidence and made it difficult to understand expectations.
