Nepotism is rife here with too many managers all out for themselves, undermining the true work force at every step. It’s one rule for one and another rule for management. CEO Ken Choo (not Joe Doyle as listed) leads by this example. Perks only given to senior management and nothing to the work force at all. Do not be fooled by the pretty cars. Passion is quashed and can be seen as immaturity. Staff members have deflated and beaten attitude. Constant high staff turnover over says it all. Positions in car sales seen in slightly different light and who also use the brands to reflect their lifestyle image which is all false. Lots of poor practices carried out here by managment who think they’re professionals and actually watching them it’s actually comical.
