The owner (Alay Jay Kaufman) has created a pervasive culture of fear. Everyone is obsessed with either avoiding Alan's wrath or currying his favor. Senior executives are "yes men" who tell Alan what he wants to hear rather than speaking truth to power and telling the boss what he needs to hear. The only exception would be if you are in Alan's inner circle or your office/division is making tons of money for the company. In that case, you can do no wrong. I could go on - the other reviews here speaking about weird culture and oppressive work practices are totally on-point. (In fact, I would bet that every single positive review here on glassdoor is 'fake news' posted by current employees in HR or Marketing to soften the impact of the real reviews.)
