Absolutely Vile - Recensione dipendente - Senior HR Manager presso H&M

- H&M is the most toxic work environment i have ever come across - Consistent hiring strategy of promoting people on favouritism, rather than skillset and unqualified people working in roles that require expertise and leadership qualities - HR team is the most toxic out of all the divisions, who are happy to protect bullies and put people trying to do the right thing through sheer hell. Happy to not follow legislative requirements on the regular - Cult like behaviours, in which if you don't follow you are completely outed and classified the 'Black Sheep' - Absolutely appalling behaviour from one Ops Manager in Particular - The worst i have seen in my whole career.
