Do not go by their own 'values' One thing applies to one person and different to another, depending on if te manager likes you will determine how you are treated store wide & by the area team Store managers lying to the area about the staff Store manager forging documents and passing the blame & forcing people to leave when they tried to call them out Store managers adjusting 'swipe' times and worked hours to doc the pay and charges to the stores. NO work life balance, heard many times 'you don't get spare time' 'this is your life'
