Example 10.00 * .20 = 8.00 and the following year take that new wage of 8.00 and reduce it by another 20%. I was making 22.00 per hr in 2010 five years later and i have to beg for 7.25. HR Block don't care who you are or how much you know, unless you increase you client growth by 20% you will take a pay cut every year of 20% and you must complete at least 150 tax returns, good luck with that since most offices only have 700 clients and there are 10-20 tax pros in each office.
