Horrible work environment. Highly stressful and caustic. Lots of backbiting, lack of personal responsibility, lots of passing the buck. Lots of swearing and yelling. No privacy and no trust. Computers are locked down and no public wifi. I went into depression two months after starting to work there, and it took me a year after I left to get over triggers when I drove by the head office. You’re expected to listen to the planners and the managers, and they’ll shut you down whenever you stand up for your drivers.
