No Promotions for a long time Software Developers force to sit Microsoft exams for company needs and if them fail, company cut the amount of the Exam Fee from the relevant developer salary. Even Collect money from the employees for the New year food table. No Project Managers to manage projects No Industry Good Practices Management behave like old school principal.
