I've been with H2O.ai for about six weeks, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. From day one, I was impressed by the leadership team, their vision, accessibility, and genuine commitment to both employees and customers. The company culture is one of the strongest I've experienced. People leave their egos at the door, collaborate openly, and focus on solving meaningful customer problems rather than protecting turf or titles. Cross-functional teamwork is a real strength. Teams work together effectively, share knowledge freely, and are united by a common goal: driving positive and impactful outcomes for customers. The environment is fast-paced, innovative, and intellectually stimulating. If you enjoy working alongside talented, mission-driven people who care deeply about customer success, you'll likely thrive here.

As with many high-growth and rapidly evolving companies, priorities can shift quickly as the business adapts to new opportunities and customer needs. This can sometimes create ambiguity around processes, ownership, or longer-term planning. Employees who prefer highly structured environments may need time to adjust to the pace and constant evolution.

Some of the team is smart and wants to help. Remote work for non MV employees a big plus. For those that don’t work directly with CEO - culture is team dependent.

Horrible culture starts from top down. CEO is toxic, abusive, manipulative and pins temas against each other. He’s always blaming someone for his mistakes and lack of vision. No respect for employees- constant threats of firing and other abuse, demoralizing environment. No bonus or pay increases unless you threaten to leave.
