Some of the team is smart and wants to help. Remote work for non MV employees a big plus. For those that don’t work directly with CEO - culture is team dependent.

Horrible culture starts from top down. CEO is toxic, abusive, manipulative and pins temas against each other. He’s always blaming someone for his mistakes and lack of vision. No respect for employees- constant threats of firing and other abuse, demoralizing environment. No bonus or pay increases unless you threaten to leave.
