-High turnover rate within the department -Not a pleasant workplace for fresh graduate -Unable to provide a stable environment for ppl to develop skills -Workplace bullying due to office politics -Unfriendly colleagues and poor atmosphere -Treat employees with no respect -Unorganised office -Force employees to work on every weekend when the contract literally says workdays are Mondays to Fridays --> Even they do provide half-day compensation leave, considering how distant the workplace is and without shuttle bus service for midday, it's pretty much a scam
