      Decent pay but nothing big compared to the big firms... good health benefits

      All of these reviews are fake. They are written by management to get people to come to their boring, stale company that already has such high turnover. Toxic environment, HR is a joke, culture does not exist. It is not a fun place to be...if you are a finance guy....don't come here. Go anywhere but here.

      Move very fast. Free breakfast and free lunch. Medical benefits are one of the best. Senior management seems really good in Options trading area. Very good learning experience for ppl at early stage of their career.
