Harman simply hire many number of freshers and spoil their professional career. I joined harman a year ago. They haven't allocated project till now and still on bench. Many freshers are on bench still. Nobody takes care of us and atleast they don't care what we are doing- HARMAN!! THEN WHY DID YOU HIRE US IF YOU ATLEAST CAN'T PUT A SINGLE EFFORT ON CARING FRESHERS!!??. They have already terminated some freshers from DTS division as there are no projects for DTS. HEY HARMAN!! DOES IT TAKE ONE YEAR TO TELL FRESHERS THAT THERE ARE NO PROJECTS? - you hire at the moment when you get projects but simply don't destroy freshers career by keeping them wait for one year and finally making them scapegoats by terminating. It's completely unfair to terminate freshers as they started their initial professional career with you by believing you, it's your responsibility to make them confident and competent by allocating projects and teaching work. BUT YOU RUINED OUR CAREERS AT OUR INITIAL STAGE OF PROFESSIONAL CAREER - HEY HARMAN!! DON'T YOU KNOW ATLEAST MINIMUM ETHICS!! I have selected for 11 companies in campus placement, two mnc companies offered more package than harman but also i chose harman by simply seeing 'HARMAN -A SAMSUNG COMPANY' , yeah obviously I am a fan of samsung. Now I am always bothering why I haven't joined others companies which are secure, ethical and provides equal opportunities by treating all freshers and experienced people equally as not like HARMAN. SKILLS DOESN'T MATTER ONLY LUCK MATTERS IN HARMAN- they kept an exam after completion of training; the people who are top performers of final exam are still on bench but people who atleast haven't passed the exam allocated to project- THEY PICK PEOPLE RANDOMLY TO ALLOCATE PROJECT BUT NOT BY SKILLS AND ASSESSING EMPLOYEES TALENT- HARMAN ATLEAST DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE THEIR SKILLFUL RESOURCES FOR IT'S GROWTH. I am from automotive. There are many open positions in different projects in automotive but they take only experienced people -then why did you hire freshers? . If I ask managers and HRs, they say 'you apply in IJP(internal job opportunities) '- BUT I NEVER SAW OPEN POSITIONS FOR 9A GRADE (freshers comes under 9A grade) in IJP. PROJECT MANAGERS OF HARMAN HESITATE TO TAKE FRESHERS INTO THEIR PROJECTS- THEN WHY DID YOU HIRE FRESHERS?? ; PROJECT MANAGERS CAN THINK BROADLY AND TAKE SKILLED FRESHERS INTO THEIR PROJECTS BUT THEY NEVER TAKE A CHANCE- this is the situation of Harman. HEY HARMAN!! We(freshers) made you our first choice by believing you that you provide equal opportunities for all of us to learn and grow, by rejecting other companies offers. DON'T MAKE SCAPEGOATS AGAIN AND AGAIN. I am under same manager from one year but he don't know atleat my name Or face- (sorry, correction - he don't know atleast i am existing in his project). Even I never seen his face as I never got opportunity to see but I know only his name and contacted through webex 5 or 6 times for discussing about project allocation. Every time he told one name and said to contact him as he is responsible to allocate projects. Then I used to contact that eligible person but never provided me a single opportunity. Most of our fresher colleagues who are reporting from office told that their managers and seniors are looking them like cheaply as like insects. If what they said is true then - HEY EXPERIENCED PPL, REMEMBER THAT YOU TOO STARTED YOUR CAREER AS A FRESHER- IT'S COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITY OR ELSE WHAT CAN WE DO; IF YOU ARE CONCERN ABOUT US - PLEASE GIVE VALUABLE SUGGUESTIONS AND ENCOURAGMENT TO US;IF NOT, PLEASE KEEP SILENT AND DO YOUR WORK BUT DON'T BE RUDE TO FRESHERS AND MAKE TERRIBLE OF HARMAN.
