Poor Senior Management Team. Newly implemented management changes have chased out an average of 1-3 great employees a week for several months straight. The Senior Management Team fails to rely on their assigned leaders. Instead, they insist on micromanagement as a part of their daily routine. Inadequate Training. No open door policy.
