Intense, dangerous and stressful work environment - Recensione dipendente - Paraprofessional presso HBIC

Due to the severity of student behavior it can be an incredibly unsafe environment. There are safety precautions but even that doesn’t feel like enough. On top of that, there are way too many staff and students crammed into one tiny classroom. I can’t speak for every teacher there, but the teacher I worked with was incredibly passive aggressive and made the job that much more stressful.
