Management exercised little professional behavior. It was always a frustration to communicate with anyone internally. Growth in salary ended without a logically sound explanation. Management forbid using work time for training. Then insisted that training must be completed either during an unpaid lunch or at home without pay. This was garnished with a thinly veiled threat of termination if training was not completed by a deadline.
