Other than the above mentioned pros, everything is in cons. - They don't have any proper structure for the workflow. Notice period is 2-3 months for '0' level employees. - A total of 20 max leaves you can get throughout the year. Also not the whole leave bucket will be available to you throughout the year. Only if you don't take any leave, you'll get this much of leave in the end of the year. - A amount around 2000 will be deducted from your compensation each month if the company is providing the transport.
