Good work-life balance (depends on project), almost flat hierarchy, good projects in the US

HR team doesnt meet with employees, very bad employee policies, poor appraisal policy with outdated bell curve system, no increment even for good employees. Going from good to bad. Hope they turn it around and make it better, as it used to be before they lose all the good people.
