Easy job, no complicated tasks. Possibility to talk to other employees across countries. Lots of coworkers to speak to can make a boring day fun. Adds a value to resume.

Svantaggi

Having a working system is a miracle. Always something is broken. Not allowed to use your cellphone. Pushy management that wants metrics on point. No bonuses save for leaving "an hour early" "depending on the queue". No growth opportunities. Working in Christmas Eve. A LOT of unnecessary emails.

no free lunch for other locations in valley Pay could be better Only contracted to work with the data center company, HCLTech could potentially lose the contract not directly employed by data center company. No benefits if working through an agency, only paid holidays if direct HCL. Management is a bit scattered.
