      The management is open to your suggestions. You can talk to any of your senior managers anytime. If you have a problem, it will be taken care.

      HCL Comnet dont have shift allowances or on call allowances. SO whatever they offer as CTC will be the only thing you get nothing extra. In case you are E3 and above then the performance bonus is a part of your CTC. Which you will get only after once year.

      no free lunch for other locations in valley Pay could be better Only contracted to work with the data center company, HCLTech could potentially lose the contract not directly employed by data center company. No benefits if working through an agency, only paid holidays if direct HCL. Management is a bit scattered.
