I received emails two times for resume shortlisting.. In the email its mentioned, HR will get in touch with you soon for interview. But they never called. Reason-Hiring team has "saanth-gaanth" with many consultancies and they earn referral fees from them. This is the main reason why HCL will never call you even if your resume is shortlisted.
