Their health benefits are excellent, and most of the management offshore is competent to excellent. They are also very good, for the most part, about allowing people to work creative schedules, as long as the contract obligation gets fulfilled.

HCL does not provide a competetive amount of time off per year, and they continue to divide sick days from accrued vacation. Also, if you have a family, a house and a dog, HCL may not be the company for you because HCL is a company that reacts swiftly to changes in a contract environment, and people may find themselves moved to a contact on the other side of the country, or even in a completely different country with very little notice.
