They will over commit to clients and then ask their employees to deliver everything on the same deadline Management decides to lay over resources even when the project is running and then request them to stay for more days to finish up the project Layovers in Covid times with bogus planning Cannot manage clients properly - clients keep pushing for extra work and they just accept adding burdens to their employees shoulders NON Employment Friendly company Worst decision I have ever made to join this company On notice period they will mentally torture you like anything to get deliverables out of you. They make individual contribution employees to feel helpless and if you challenge their planning then they dump all the work on you
