- No compensation hikes after joining the company. Only 3-5% hike every year. - If an employee is showing interest in learning and working new project(which has good technologies), there is no encouragement from management. Instead HCL is hiring resources from outside with big amount. In my case, I learned big data from outside by spending Rs.25,000/- and kept details in skill development section. There is no project from HCL who offered me big data projects. - HR department doesn't have control. There is no use if employee reaches HR spoc directly for any issue. Everything should go as per project manager/program manager's blessings. If HCL company is good and manager is not good, where should we go and talk. Is it to the CEO or Chairman? There is 360 degree review on manager, but that is once in a year. Who will hear if I have issue today?
