      Good increment in comparison to previous organization Good in-hand salary due to fair compensation structure Helpful seniors and good manager Good peers Immediate assignation to a project

      Poor induction and clumsy process for things like laptop, claims, software installation as lot of IT hardware related activities are outsourced which is surprising. Poor resourcing team and lack of transparency about projects and vacancies in the project. Lot of projects in SAP practice are support therefore very less learning. Lot of politics for offshore projects esp outside India. Variable pay is just to bloat the CTC and only 60% of it comes in the employees pocket.

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
