Where do I begin? No sick days, you have to use your own PTO. You are not provided with any tools until you pay for them yourself, that's when they will reimburse you. You Work 9 hours per day, but can only clock in 8, and good luck in getting a lunch break if you are not interrupted all the time by your boss and clients The training is outright laughable. Won't be allowed to get OT because you will be told the company doesn't have the budget to do so you "Be granted a day off" if that happens. Waiting to get reimbursed for everything takes weeks on end while your Bills stack up. Clients will treat you like trash. When getting a raise is outright laughable. There will be times you will be doing the work of two to four employees at the same time. They will literally hire a warm body to do the job doesnt matter if you have experience or not. Impossible deadlines to be met.
