Lack of knowledge within the team. They will make false promises regarding GC..total lies..once you join with the words of HR for GC, they won't even pick up your calls..manager or xPM of the project says no one promised for the GC, just avoid and better join any consulting firm than joining hcl in the US. Once released they will not place you anywhere in the US.
