There is no support to keep employees motivated. 4. There is no clear promotion structure. Once you join, do not expect career growth; instead, you may feel like you're working as a servant to the company. 5. The work environment is frustrating and demoralizing. Leadership receives financial rewards, while employees are undervalued and underpaid. 6. In the past two years, the company has consistently delayed increment letters, offering only a 1-2% raise. It’s unrealistic to think that a 1% hike will satisfy employees after a prolonged period of hard work and delays.
