      after many years working in HCL and came to know that there is zero growth in career and salary based on the current economic situation. All are good in HCL until if you billed with the customer, if you are released from the project, they would not see you and ask - Who you are?

      salary is very very less. Not much projects in US, No bench concept in Onsite. if your current projects ends in USA, then you have to go back to India, if you did not find any projects within your last date of the current project ends.
