Extremely bad management No training license, no document, basically you have nothing No OT pay, the company require you to put in extra hours for nothing at all, not even a regconigtion. Managers basically brainwash you to believe you should put in more effort while provide you nothing. Each employees have been assigned a work laptop, if it break, they will charge you money for the repair fee while not providing any subtitute in the middle of a critical phase of a project. Have an infamous you-know-who manager.
