The hiring process was smooth and well-structured. The interviewer was polite and made the process comfortable. Interview questions were relatively easy.

Poor project management and communication. After completing the onboarding process and spending 10-11 days in orientation, we were informed that the project we were hired for was withdrawn by the client. Internal hiring was highly uncertain, with no clear guidance or structured process. Despite being hired for a specific role, most internal hiring efforts were focused on customer executive positions, and no one approached us for Data Analyst roles.
