There are a lot of issues with the way HCL reimburses employees for travel via SAP concur and the travel desk approving things. The miscommunication is frustrating when the approvers for your travel are Using Indian English with different nuances and word meanings instead of American English with our nuances and word meanings. I once had my fuel and travel approved for one trip, and then later on another trip they told me "one or the other, not both" and it was deeply unsettling for them to ignore precedent. I just wish HCL provided some sort of training to understand SAP concur instead of throwing employees into the fire to say "Figure it out on your own! We don't have time to show you how this works"
