Our transition to the CCBHC model represents a meaningful shift in how we deliver care, and we recognize that as with any transformation, there can be questions and concerns. Important components like workload, clinical time, and work-life balance are critical to factor in and are part of almost every conversation about our CCBHC transformation. This work is grounded in a goal we care deeply about: improving access to timely care, strengthening coordination, and creating more sustainable systems for both clients and staff. Key changes, like same-day documentation and more structured scheduling, are intended to reduce delays, support better continuity of care, and minimize the need for after-hours work. We also know that how these changes feel in practice matters just as much as their intent. We are continuing to provide training, gather feedback, and make adjustments to support staff in delivering care in ways that feel clinically appropriate and sustainable.
