      Tradizionalmente soldi davvero buoni, adoro i miei colleghi del team di vendita. Il mio team di vendita e i miei fantastici clienti mi fanno andare avanti.

      Da quando sei stato acquistato da un'azienda di PE, stai vedendo il tipico playbook del PE. La retribuzione totale è inferiore rispetto a quella pre-acquisizione, i talenti esperti se ne vanno ogni giorno e l'esperienza rimasta comporta ogni giorno che passa più oneri e pressioni che li portano ad andarsene. Non ho mai visto il morale così basso.
