Great location with easy acess if you live in East London, many good bus routes, people behind the counter are exceptional, mostly bus drivers with loads of experience and very approchable, few good Managers as well.

The depot: Old building, squeezed space, they trying to improve the inside conditions to acomodate the staff but there's not much they can do inside that kind (containers) building. Struggles with staff toilets all the time, the cleaners are on the clock but the toilet structure can't cope with the number of staff using it! That can be transfered to the lack of toilets for staff outside on buses terminals and neither the management seems to be interested in getting this problem sorted neither TFL show that they care for human first basic needs, staff have to walk sometimes in the rain from bus terminals to the depot "holding it" under stress to reach the depot toilets, complaints regarding this issue are always ignored and sometimes met with big resistance and targeting attitude, the response has been very negative!

Pay not great Management more bothered about image of company for instance posting pics online of recent paint jobs. Not interested in fixing buses with ongoing issues blown turbos, door sensor issues etc.
