4yHi! Thank you for being so transparent. Considering our demographic of customers and the reasons for which they call, they may not always be in the brightest mood, and we know that this can take a toll on our Customer Care Representatives. We do hope that you find ways in your personal time to recuperate and create peace within despite what has occurred during your work day. Also, if you have suggestions for helping your work environment become less stressful, we are certain that your management team would be happy to hear/read them. As you noted, our managers are understanding and kind, but they get stressed too, so any ideas will help! Finally, low pay/a large workload and non-flexible scheduling can be frustrating to navigate through, but we are working on those items, for sure.
