You can bill customers even if they don't say YES! If you lie, do fraudulent sales, you get rewarded and given holidays! Lots of free food to make up for lack of pay and no commission for work you have done. Lots of little incentives for the month like winning free toys for your desk. Lots of management parties and big money spent on managers nights out!

if you do less than 50% of your target you don't get the commission, so any holidays you have means nothing. you have to hit your target even if you're in for 3 days or 30! you cant hit targets anyway as the data they give you to ring is 90% no answers! If you go on holiday your target stays the same, if you're £1 off your target they won't care and keep your commission from you! The commission structure is so bad that the more revenue you bring in, the less you get for it. 10,000 sale will give you £100 comms and a 1000 sale will give you £100..... you do the math!
