-No guaranteed hours. If there's no spills, you aren't working -Extremely toxic work environment. People hate each other. -You are 100% disposable as far as management is concerned. It is the opposite of a work environment where you feel like you're part of a family. -Company DOES NOT care for you or your personal life...better get ready to give up your family if you work here. -The healthcare is very expensive and not very good.
