Poor and I emphasize it again POOR management, especially middle management. Many of them are busy with politics focusing on their own ambitions rather than collective goals or what is truly important for the company. They are not interested in their team members professional growth (not necessarily vertical, but horizontal development as well). There is no career progression in the Berlin office. After 3 years at HERE, I see how my peers from the US team are being promoted (even with less experience and skills). Some of them got already 2 promotions and Berlin team members - NONE, zero. This is tremendously demotivating. Talking about work will give you here more benefits than actually delivering. Corporate bla-bla is the key. Salaries in the same team are very inconsistent. Some are paid twice as much for the same tasks and levels of responsibility.
