The company has been trying for years to bring in quality management. No luck so far. On the bright side, the company is extremely top-heavy. Mind-boggling number of executives, brought in by the new CEO, coming and going at dizzying speeds, running the company into the ground. Directors and Senior Directors with 1-2 people "organizations." Managers and Senior Managers with no direct reports. Rampant imposture. New Chief Innovation Officer is the former Chief HR Officer. New Chief Data Officer is the former SVP of Strategy and IP Licensing (!?). Resources wasted on fantasy HR projects and university collaborations.
