Some great people to work with and one of the hottest segments in the global electronics market. Competition has been asleep and/or poorly funded. Pay and benefits are excellent.

HR Department is slow and disorganized. Hiring time can take up to 1 year. They have no employee development process to speak of. Quality of management is equivalent to start up business. The only sustainable market presence they have is the mapping side. They continue to miss the new growth opportunities in the market and are content to milk the mapping business. Management is "cliquish" and unseen in general.
