- I was told by my manager that progression was based on company needs, not performance. - I felt that management often lacked empathy and can be dismissive or unsupportive. - High staff turnover—many colleagues left in the past 6 months. - My experience was constantly shifting priorities creating a crisis-driven environment. - Focus is on appearances for higher management rather than on actual quality. - I felt that success required mimicking the senior management style, even if it didnt't suit my technical role. - Motivation is left entirely to employees, with minimal support from the company. - The company looks good on the surface, but day-to-day operations are chaotic, I felt that support from management is minimal, and progression feels unpredictable - Management baselessly accused staff of forming cliques, which completely destroyed trust and team cohesion for me.
